Privacy Policy

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy describes what information MusoPick (the "Site") collects when you visit, and how it is used. We believe in collecting as little as possible: the Site is an editorial comparison resource and does not require an account, login or any personal details to use.

2. Information we collect

We do not ask you to provide any personal information. Like almost every website, our hosting infrastructure may automatically log basic technical data when you visit - such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed and access times. These server logs are used only for security, debugging and keeping the Site running, and are not used to identify individual visitors.

Fonts and images on the Site are served from our own servers, so viewing our pages does not send your data to third-party font or content delivery services. See Section 3 for information about our privacy-friendly analytics.

3. Cookies and analytics

The Site does not set cookies or use advertising trackers. We use Vercel Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics service that measures aggregate traffic (pages viewed, referrer, country, device type) without cookies and without collecting any personal information or identifiers that can be used to recognise you as an individual. We also record which partner "Visit Site" buttons are clicked, so we can see which comparisons are useful to producers; the click event does not carry any identifying information about you. If you adjust settings in the accessibility menu, your preferences are saved in your browser's local storage on your own device only - they are never transmitted to us. If we introduce further analytics tools in the future, we will update this policy and, where required by law, ask for your consent first.

4. Outbound links

When you click "Visit Site" or any other external link, you leave MusoPick and become subject to the destination website's own privacy practices. Some outbound links may be affiliate links, as described in our Affiliate Disclosure; these may allow the destination site or an affiliate network to recognise that you arrived from MusoPick. We do not receive any personal information about you as part of that process.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under privacy laws such as the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) or Israel's Protection of Privacy Law - including the right to access, correct or request deletion of personal data. Since we do not maintain user accounts or databases of visitor information, there is usually nothing to retrieve or delete, but you are welcome to contact us with any request or question.

6. Children's privacy

The Site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example if we add analytics or new features. The date at the top of this page indicates the latest revision.
